A: EstateMerchant.com is a real-estate listing service. It provides a centralized venue for both people that want to buy and people that want to sell (any kind of real-estate) together. It also provides the same service for renters and those looking to rent.

Q: I am a Land lord and I want to advertise my properties for rent. How do I go about that?

A: Very Simple.
Just Visit www.estatemerchant.com

Click on the "RENT/ RENTALS" link on top

In the column on the right, select:
I want to:
"RENT OUT"

You will be redirected to the registration page

Just register then login with your credentials (or just login if you already have an account with us)

You will be redirected the the Member Area

Click "Add new property"

You will be redirected to the "terms of use" page. Read through thoroughly, then accept the terms if you wish to proceed.

Fill out the fields, upload a photo of your property and submit.

Note down and follow the instructions on the confirmation page
